I had high expectations because Director Jeong Jae-yong is so well known, but this place does something unusual: they take photos before the consultation.. And they print those photos and use them during the consultation, which felt too raw and a bit embarrassing.. The director was very professional and explained things well from multiple angles. But the consultation manager was really bad.. The tone and look felt condescending, and when I asked questions, it felt like the answers were "Why are you asking something so obvious?" or "Why would you ask that?" I have been to many consultations, but this was the first time I felt bad because of the consultation manager. I still remember her name and honestly never want to see her again. If I did not ask something, she did not explain much either, and although her tone sounded polite, the way she spoke and the wording were really off. The director consultation was good.
