This was the only hospital that mentioned osteotomy. The doctor's consultation time was way too short. They said they do not use donor rib, and instead use silicone plus ear cartilage. They said the price depends on the difficulty of the surgery. If I also wanted nostril reduction, they said to do it from the inside. Overall, they did not seem interested in the patient, so I am excluding them.
