The staff's kindness and attention to detail were not especially great. It felt more like they were just doing their job. I liked that I could consult directly with the director. They asked in detail what surgery I had previously had, what materials were used, showed me photos, and talked through everything, so it was not bad. Their style was not really to talk about all possible situations, but more like, 'this should not be too difficult a surgery, let's just try our best.' Looking at it positively, it seems like confidence in their skill; looking at it negatively, it leaves you feeling a bit uneasy about whether you are trusting them too much. In my case, I have had revision surgery several times, so that may be part of it. I recommend going for a consultation :)
