There was not a single person there, so I got a consultation right away. It had a dentist-like, rules-heavy feel. Being cool is one thing... but isn't a hospital supposed to offer service these days? I went there and just felt bad, and I even canceled my later consultation because I had no motivation left. They clearly pointed out the problems, but I couldn't properly understand exactly how they planned to do it, and there weren't many photos either..
