I went to a consultation, and the director said, "Why are you trying to do a nose that does not need to be done?" so I felt both happy and amused. So when I said I just wanted the tip of my nose a little higher, they said it could be raised a little, but the difference would be minimal and that my current nose suits my face well. I am in the process of deciding not to have surgery. The director is not warm and affectionate, but I think they are ethical and honest.
