At first, when I had the consultation, the doctor's attitude seemed rude and not great, but I went ahead with the surgery because he showed great confidence about it. The result was a total disaster. He ruined my revision surgery twice over. At the initial consultation, he said the aftercare would be solid and that I could trust him, but aftercare? Not at all. All he says is to wait. Does waiting make a crooked nose go back to normal? Tsk tsk. He ruined someone else's life and made me shut myself in for years, and then the clinic says they have never refunded more than 50 percent. Then a huge male director came in, made the atmosphere intimidating, and threatened everyone lol. They talk about offering free treatment for cleft lip and cleft palate and try to build a kind image, but in reality they charge outrageous surgery fees without the skill to back it up. Even the nurses before and after surgery were completely rude! Even after fixing the broken nose elsewhere, the nostrils remain uneven and asymmetrical and do not go back to normal T_T. I wonder when this painful time will end. It is exhausting.
