I consulted because of a cleft lip and palate, and since the doctor has a great deal of experience, they gave a very detailed consultation. They explained in detail, with examples, how the nose and lips would be operated on and how they would change. That said, they tend to speak rather bluntly about the expected results, so your expectations may not end up being very high. I didn’t go ahead with the surgery because the price was a bit high, but it felt trustworthy.
