It's Be Review

This was my third, fourth, fifth revision surgery, and it failed, so I am looking for another hospital. I paid money and asked them to make it as natural as possible, but a perforation formed in my nose, flesh protruded into my nostril, and the inside is all visible. I am really going crazy. It was just supposed to be a simple surgery, but my nostrils got narrower and it is hard to breathe. They only said they were using septal cartilage, not that they were doing septal extension. It is really too hard and artificial-looking, and I am losing my mind. - Written again below after the revision surgery - I had revision surgery in August, one year after the surgery at It's Be, and the revision surgery was done at Yonsei Saint. To give the conclusion first: At It's Be, they said they would use septal cartilage, but never said they would extend it, yet they performed septal extension surgery, and from my perspective it seems they use extension because they do not have the ability to create the shape without it. What surprised the director at Yonsei Saint after the surgery was that they had no idea the septal cartilage had been removed so extensively, and they were really shocked.... ㅡㅡ My nasal bridge felt a bit pressed down? slightly sunken As expected, it was because the septum had sunk a little. Honestly, I want to protest in front of the It's Be clinic. Because they removed too much septal cartilage and were worried it would collapse, the director at It's Be put artificial dermis inside where the septum was.. During the revision surgery, the Yonsei director said this had to serve as a support, so they just left it as is. And the nasal bridge and tip My nose originally had a lot of soft flesh and was round, and I liked it that way and lived with it But they shaved all of that down, so the nasal bridge and tip just became pointy. That cannot be corrected, so once the current surgery has stabilized, I am thinking about fat grafting to the nasal bridge. Do not ever go to It's Be If it were me, I would go to Seo Sang-woo or Yonsei Saint.
