The director looked over me very carefully.. They even checked facial asymmetry, and it seemed like they had an aesthetic sense too. They were honest about what could not be done.. They seemed truthful. And the staff were extremely rude, so I ended up not having the surgery... I had the surgery elsewhere and it failed T_T
