I had crooked-nose correction surgery in 2019. What I felt after the surgery was that the director seems to want a sharp-looking nose. I had a protruding mouth and a diagonally crooked nose, so I was satisfied after the surgery. But about 6 months after surgery, my nose was swollen and the tip turned red. At that time I was also going to psychiatry and was in an unstable state, so I was nervous when I went to the hospital and asked for revision surgery, but the director said this without missing a single word.
("It is not at the level where revision surgery is needed, and the autologous costal cartilage definitely will not come out. It will get better with time")
Whether I was dissatisfied at the time, or disappointed by the director's changed attitude... Anyway, I pushed hard and only had the silicone removed. As an aside....even in 2022, 3 years later, the tip was still red..
Last year in the middle of the year, I went to see a very famous expert in skin-related matters(?) anyway someone well known by word of mouth, and after an exam and tests, according to that person's opinion, it looked red because of microvascular dilation at the tip of the nose. So after 8 sessions of Vbeam, my nose returned to normal....
When I was making a scene, Director Jang also looked overwhelmed, and the manager said it seemed fine and told me not to remove the implant... But at that time I was too anxious and was also taking psychiatric medication, sometimes 10 pills at a time, so I was not in my right mind...
After nose surgery, once the splint comes off, the director says to use two fingers to spread it out and massage the nose...
I thought that if I kept doing that, the swelling would go down faster, so I did that for 6 months.... Then it seems like something went wrong with the microvessels in my nose....
Now I do want revision surgery, but I am thinking maybe I should just get an Aquafill-type filler for the bridge of the nose...
Summary
Everyone makes mistakes. Director Jang is definitely skilled. But he speaks in a very mechanical and vague way. (If only he had a little more confidence in his own skill...)
The line is extremely dramatic... Even for me, the tip of the nose is sharp....(but I like it) People with protruding mouths would probably be very satisfied. The mouth really does look like it has moved in.
The manager feels a bit like a neighborhood aunt. You will understand if you consult with her.... I was satisfied.
