I went for a consultation because of double eyelid revision surgery, and my eyes had been through full incision + eyelid correction + canthoplasty on the outer corner 5 years ago. But only one eye became a sausage line, so I consulted with the goal of lowering the line. The doctor recommended full incision + eyelid correction on only one eye, and said the canthoplasty did not need to be done again. It didn't feel like a factory at all, and the manager was also kind.
