The staff at the desk were a bit unfriendly,, and the process was that I talked with the consultation manager first, then with the director, and then again with the consultation manager. Both the consultation manager and the director were kind! The director drew a lot of lines on me right away, which made me feel like they were trustworthy? I liked the clean impression. The consultation manager was really kind. They answered every question I had, and after about an hour of consultation, I was able to clear up a lot of my questions thanks to them.
