I had the consultation at the scheduled time. The doctor has a straightforward? style. And because they're confident, they firmly say no when something won't work. They don't seem to recommend excessive procedures. The consultation manager was kind too. The doctor isn't the talkative type, so it's probably good to prepare your questions in advance.
