They have only worked on eyes since 2021, so I trusted them. I felt like they had pride in their surgery, and they said they only perform local anesthesia, not sleep anesthesia. Maybe because I went late for the consultation, it felt a little rushed, but they answered my questions kindly. Still, I was disappointed that they did not really map out the line or anything like that. They said the deposit is refundable, so I have left the deposit for now. The consultation order was: director -> manager
