They spent quite a long time in consultation. I went because a friend had a good result there, but at another hospital they said my skin was thick so they would need to cut some tissue, while here they said that wasn't necessary and that a partial incision would be enough. After thinking it over, I decided not to do it. Still, I wanted to go ahead because they said they would make it natural and seemed confident, but since it would have been a revision surgery, I hesitated and ended up not doing it.
