I consulted in the order of manager-doctor-manager. At other hospitals they all said incision, but here they confidently diagnosed that buried sutures were also possible. They said, though, that it was only if I wanted a natural effect rather than a dramatic change. They showed me eyes from patients with similar cases, which made me trust them a bit more. They took off my mask, used a headband to sweep my bangs back, looked at my whole face, and set the line. They also said ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty were not mandatory, and it felt like they were recommending only the surgery that was truly needed. If there are not many failed reviews, then for a first surgery I would choose a place where buried sutures are possible
