I’m planning to get revision rhinoplasty because of contracture... I went to consultations at 3 hospitals said to be famous for revision rhinoplasty. Two of them recommended something similar: Megaderm for the nasal bridge // autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip~ I’m going to decide between the two hospitals and set a surgery date.... I’m curious about satisfaction with Megaderm (donor dermis).. Even if it wasn’t for contracture revision surgery, if anyone here has used it for revision rhinoplasty, please share some information.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
