I think they understood the patient's needs very quickly. They clearly pointed out the things that were not a good idea and explained in detail why, and they also calmly and in an easy-to-understand way told me what surgery I really needed and what kind of improvement I could expect, which I liked. They showed me before-and-after photos, everyone was kind, and communication with the director went well, so I was satisfied. I set a date, paid the deposit, and came back, and I feel like my surgery will go well too. I am looking forward to it.
