My body itself isn't fat, but my abdomen alone sticks out badly, so I went for a liposuction consultation. I went in knowing that visceral fat is hard to remove, but after the examination they said a pretty large amount could still be taken out. They also said that if I removed the sides and back too, my pants size would drop a lot. I heard the abdomen should be done at a place that's good at it, so I didn't book right away, but I liked both the atmosphere and the consultation.
