I've only had a consultation so far, so I'm not sure, but hearing about how they handle emergencies and critical situations during surgery made me trust them. The consultation was also proactive in explaining how much of what I wanted would be possible as long as I clearly told them what I wanted. At this point, I've basically already decided.
