The consultation manager was really kind. Even though I asked a ton of questions, she answered in a very long and friendly way. The director was a bit stiff, but when I asked my older sister about it, she said he is really sweet on the day of surgery. But I've only had the consultation, so for now I'll give it half a star... Hearing that they handle emergencies well also made me trust them more, which was nice. Even after the consultation, they asked by text if I had any more questions. There were a lot of people when I went that day, but it felt like they were still paying attention to me, which I liked.
