I had a consultation with Dr. Moon specifically. It was a consultation I went to with the hope of getting surgery here, but I ended up leaving without even putting down a deposit T_T There were many Babitalk reviews saying the manager was kind, but I was assigned to someone who felt like an older woman in her mid-to-late 30s who came to pick a fight. Kind? Not at all. She hovered somewhere between cold and rude. Honestly, maybe because while I was waiting I could hear her and other staff members making repeated calls to pressure people for reviews... it just felt bad. Still, the consultation with the chief doctor was truly useful. He explained everything one by one, and as I had heard, he told me not to do unnecessary things and just... it was good. Even after consulting at 5 more places, I did not feel inferior at all except for the lack of ultrasound. It was really a good doctor consultation! After that, the manager consultation pushed hard for a deposit. The manager was the worst, while the doctor was not the absolute best but definitely above average.
