It was so famous that I went for a nose consultation. They recommended donated costal cartilage as support, and because my nose is short, they said that would be the best fit if I did not want it to droop. The manager explained everything kindly, so the consultation with the doctor was not very long. I did not take any photos, and I tried shaping it with a cotton swab.
