Back when aegyo-sal filler was all the rage, I went when it was expensive and got it done, but the surgeon advised against it... I don't have eyes that are long horizontally, so they said even if I did it, it wouldn't have much effect or make my eyes look bigger. But I insisted and had them do it anyway lol Overall, it was clean and had a calm atmosphere.
