Both the director and the manager were kind and sincerely consulted me, but how should I put it.. I felt there was something lacking in the way they guided me. That might actually have been realistic advice, so I give it 5 stars. In the end, you never really know which person will be the right one. They did not strongly recommend surgery, so my expectations are 1 star. T_T
