A while ago I went in for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty. First, the consultation manager preemptively explained exactly the things I was curious about before I even asked, and since I actually know a fair bit about rhinoplasty, when I talked to the director I asked questions while mentioning the parts I already knew, and they were taken aback and said, "Oh, you know quite a lot..?" I did not have the surgery here, though..
