They considered the shape and form of my nose. They consulted with me while suggesting a simulated nose shape that might result if I had the surgery, and they also explained the limits of my nose, so I had the surgery with that in mind. As a result, the nostrils became very naturally smaller, and my nose became straight and natural. I was a little worried because they said they specialize in glamorous noses, but it turned out to suit my face better than I expected, so I am very satisfied.
