I got a consultation for my first double eyelid surgery, but they kept recommending canthoplasty. I said I wanted a pure, innocent look, but they told me to do canthoplasty. The manager recommended canthoplasty, and the director also recommended canthoplasty. After the same-day consultation, there was some pressure to pay a deposit. In the end, I went elsewhere where they did not push canthoplasty, and if I had done canthoplasty, I definitely would not have gotten the look I wanted.
