I had nose surgery 4 years ago, but the bulbous tip was not improved, so I looked into a more glamorous plastic surgery clinic standard and went in for a consultation.
I consulted with Director Jeon Yong-hoon.
First, when you go in, you consult with the coordinator first. She lifted the tip of my nose with a cotton swab and asked if that was about what I wanted, then told me what kinds of surgeries would probably be needed.
Then I went to meet the director, showed him photos of the nose shape I wanted, and he did not explain things in great detail, but said something vague like, if you want it to look like this picture, we will need to make the silicone higher!
Then I met the coordinator again, and she explained everything. For me it was about alar reduction, donated costal cartilage, nasal bone osteotomy, lifting the nasal tip? and replacing it with a higher silicone. That was about it.
I was disappointed that the consultation with the director was shorter than I expected.
