Estimate for first nose surgery: 4.40 million. Hump reduction (silicone), osteotomy, nose tip. Everywhere I go, people say the septum is strong, but the manager just looked at it with the naked eye and said the septum was small, and that I absolutely had to use autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage. They were not kind, and the way they spoke during the consultation was so harsh;; The doctor was kind, but since they said to use costal cartilage, I passed. My nose bridge was already high and I wanted only a slight, natural lift to the tip, not something flashy, but they still recommended costal cartilage for the first surgery, so I was taken aback. Other places confidently said septal cartilage or ear cartilage would be enough, but if they recommend costal cartilage here, it probably means they are not confident about surgery with autologous cartilage, or they need to charge a higher price.. It is not a hospital I am going to for ten or twenty thousand won; I am going there prepared to spend several million, so I wish the guidance had been kinder. The consultation manager seemed older than me.
