I had surgery with donated rib cartilage 7 years ago. As you can see from the design here, it is flashy. I also went there because I wanted a racing-girl kind of look, but it ended up as a pointy nose that anyone would notice. A Pinocchio nose. My face is round and cute, but only the nose is sticking up too much on my face. After just 1 year, contracture developed, and a gap appeared between the donated rib cartilage and the nose. They said they would do revision surgery, but I was scared it would turn into another pointy nose, so I went somewhere else and had it done naturally. There was also scarring inside the nose, so when I finally had revision surgery, the doctor got angry and asked where on earth I had had it done to end up with a nose like this. I wasted money, wasted time, and ruined my face.
