I used a septal silicone donor graft, and my first surgery for a bulbous nose was a failure. If I do not tell people around me, they do not even know I had surgery. The bulbous nose tip did not improve, and they only raised the silicone, so I want to die. The director was clearly sleeping under anesthesia with me while doing the surgery. I kept telling myself to wait because maybe it was just swelling, but honestly, even from the splint stage, I was deliberately ignoring the signs that it was going to fail. Whether I should get aftercare here or go to another hospital and redo it is the question. Even if I do aftercare, I do not have much hope. It just feels like such a waste of money and time. Choosing Top Class was my biggest mistake for my first nose surgery T_T
