The staff member... I was trying to make a consultation appointment, and while scratching their stomach they spoke with an expression that looked newly annoyed by the trouble... Before the consultation even started, I was already a little upset. I think staff attitude does hurt a hospital's image to some extent. I consulted with Director Ye Chun-ho and Director Lee Young-ju, and both are well known for eyes, so I did not have any particular worries. I was fairly satisfied with the consultation, so I am thinking of doing it here.
