I had a consultation because my face has too little fat. I asked about Sculptra and fat grafting, which I had been recommended at a previous dermatology clinic, and because I had so little facial volume, they did not recommend Sculptra, saying it would not have much effect. They recommended fat grafting and lifting instead. It was a very trustworthy consultation because the analysis of my facial drawbacks and the areas that needed improvement was accurate.
