I had too much fat in my upper eyelids, so my eyes would not open well I was torn between double eyelid surgery and a lifting surgery? I am not sure of the exact name, but I had a surgery that cut and removed the fat, and I am satisfied with the result. My eyes look much more attractive, so the other parts... looking insufficient is the downside
