I went for a consultation about nose surgery, and the consultation time was short compared with the consultation fee. (I felt the consultation fee was a bit wasted..) The director explained all the important points, though briefly, and answered follow-up questions very briefly. Since I have a low, small nose, I think he said they would use silicone and raise the tip with ear cartilage, and when I showed celebrity photos, he used examples like skin thickness to roughly say which noses would and would not be possible.
I don't have a great memory, so I don't remember the exact estimate, but I think it was in the high 300s?
