I had a consultation with the director first, then with the manager. They showed me many examples while displaying before-and-after surgery photos. They said it would be full-incision double eyelid surgery plus eye correction, and because I want no scar and a natural look, they did not recommend canthoplasty. They said to stay away from places that tell you to do front canthoplasty, and they seemed very confident in their own surgery. They advised against back canthoplasty, saying it can reattach later and if it is pulled wrong, it can be a disaster.
