Surgery in early January 2021 / nostril reduction + bridge augmentation (ear cartilage) My nostrils felt a bit upturned? with a half-curved-line look, and the nostril shape itself felt wide and large, so I wanted that area reduced. Since nostril reduction requires an incision on the nose, they also recommended slightly raising the bridge at the same time, so I went ahead with it. The result makes the nose feel large relative to the face, and it does not stand out from the front. It stands out a lot from the side. I am planning removal or revision surgery. When I went for a consultation to ask for removal, they said it was better than before and tried not to remove it.
