I had a surgery with no implant for my nose last winter. Because I was afraid of side effects, they used only the septum and ear cartilage. I had the tip lifted, the columella lowered, osteotomy, and nostril reduction. The doctor was not extremely kind in consultation, but gave accurate and trustworthy explanations haha Anyway, I am very satisfied now ~~ I am glad I did it here, satisfied!
