The consultation manager gave me the feeling that she was pushing cosmetic surgery too strongly. It felt like the consultation was being done for commercial purposes, and right after I arrived they took a CT scan. I do not even have a dorsal hump, but they still added an extra cost for hump reduction, which caught me off guard.
