The staff and manager were kind.
The doctor was very professional. In the first consultation, he immediately handed me a mirror and used a cotton swab to lift my nose while explaining exactly what needed to be done and where. He told me right away what the limits were, and spoke confidently about correcting a bulbous nose, saying that if it went beyond this shape, it could become pinched, which made me choose this hospital because I could feel the professionalism compared with other places.
However, on the day of surgery, during the design consultation, I was a bit disappointed. The way he suddenly said a lot of negative things about the nose, saying that if it was made too fancy it would become pinched, and if it was made natural then correcting the bulbous nose would be difficult, made me feel even more anxious about whether the nose could really be corrected.
Also, when they gave me the gauze for changing the dressing under the nose, the staff just put it in my bag, and I thought that showed a somewhat weak sense of hygiene.
