This was a place I looked into when nose surgery started becoming popular because the line was pretty. I had already booked a consultation in advance, but after the consultation with the manager I waited more than an hour to see the doctor. The reason was that surgery had run long. That did create some trust that they would not leave the middle of surgery, but I was the only patient there, yet they still made me wait more than an hour just for consultation, which was frustrating.
The manager was extremely kind, but they asked for a discount if booking on the same day. They memorized patients' charts during the consultation and only showed me the people who had good results, so that gave me zero trust..
Back when they were very popular, I thought I would definitely have surgery here, but after reading recent reviews, they make things look too obviously operated on. As someone who wanted a natural result, I passed.
