I went in for a consultation after looking at before-and-after reviews because the difference seemed clear. The manager wasn't pushy at all, and explained which events were going on, so even though I hadn't researched much, the clinic explained everything carefully. The director also spoke calmly and gently, so I had no discomfort during the consultation, and they told me in a way that didn't feel unpleasant which parts should be improved to suit my current face, so it was fine.
