Back when I knew nothing about plastic surgery, I was just scrolling through reviews on a cosmetic surgery app and went in for a consultation after seeing one photo that caught my eye (in 2021). I was doing it secretly from my family, so I could not shop around in person, and the consultation manager kept pushing me to book by saying the discount only applied if I had surgery on the reservation day, so while I was hesitating, I ended up booking and getting the surgery.. I had never once thought I had a hump nose, but they said I did and recommended osteotomy.. They also recommended cartilage tying, which is not even a common surgery these days.. In the end I got an H-shaped nostril appearance. Later, a doctor at another hospital who performed my revision surgery said that at the first hospital they started osteotomy but did not finish it, so the osteotomy ended up asymmetrical. They also said the silicone had been L-shaped silicone.. My surgery was in 2021, so they were still using L-shaped implants then..? I probably would have never known for my whole life until it was opened again during revision surgery. And on days 2 to 3 after surgery, I bled so much from inside my face that blood came down into my lips and filled them, making my lips swell up like a balloon.. After a few days it went down, but at the time I even thought about going to the emergency room, and I was so scared I never want to experience that kind of fear again T_T
