A lot of people don’t know much about temple filler, but I heard this area doesn’t move much and is also a safe area for filler, so once you get filler there, it tends to last well. I have very slightly prominent side cheekbones and a peanut-shaped face with hollow temples, so filling in my temples corrected my face shape a lot more than shaving down my side cheekbones would have. For those who have side cheekbones without a very wide face width, try correcting it first with filler for the temples and hollow side cheeks before considering shaving down the bone! If I had to pick my best procedure ever, temple filler would be No. 1.
