It has been about a year and a half since the surgery. Actually, a friend had a pretty good result here, so I went ahead and had surgery without doing any research at all. The clinic was clean, not too small, and the consultation was handled kindly and well. I had a hump nose with a high bridge and a low tip, and as far as I remember, they did an osteotomy and did not insert silicone, using only ear cartilage at the tip. Before the nose surgery, people around me usually said you should expect to have nose surgery twice, that you will not be satisfied with just one time, but I thought I would be satisfied, and I was not, haha Well, it is not the worst outcome, but To sum it up, it is not a perfectly straight, pretty nose, but the side view definitely improved because the hump was corrected. The front view seems worse than before, and even though they did an osteotomy, the middle of the bridge somehow feels wider. Nose surgery is not something ordinary, and it costs a lot of money too. Since I also work at a company, at first I really wanted revision surgery, but now I am just living with it and thinking, so be it.
