I had my first nose surgery here 10 years ago. Later, when I needed revision surgery, it was hard to remove the nose bridge implant because a lot of the bridge had been shaved down in the first surgery, which was the reason. I later found out that bone had also been taken when harvesting the septal cartilage. They really took great care of the scar on the columella incision site.
