They said they would do the surgery with dermis. They explained that even if the fat attached to the dermis is plumply inserted into the nose, it all gets absorbed anyway, so they would do the surgery using only dermis with the fat removed. They explained the face skull in very detailed anatomical terms. Since dermis gets absorbed, I am hesitating.
