I had my first nose surgery here. I didn’t want an implant, so I used autologous dermis and ear cartilage. I didn’t really feel like I was getting aftercare after the surgery, and I had my bulbous nose corrected and the bridge raised, but it turned out so natural that it didn’t come out as the shape I wanted.
