The biggest advantage is that they perform nose surgery without implants. In my case, I wanted to remove cartilage and return my nose to its original state, but instead of removing it, I was recommended to lower the nose, which did not suit the surgical method I wanted, Still, they did make me think about the problems that could come up if I removed everything completely.. They said that if surgery is done with dermis, fat grafting(?) would be possible for the remaining part, but they did not recommend it if it was unnecessary. There is a consultation fee, but they spent a long time with me and showed me many photos. But the doctor has a bit of a stubborn, maybe only-his-own-method kind of approach. I don't mean stubborn in a bad way.. He said he has seen cases turn out worse when patients had surgery exactly the way they wanted.
